2024 Matassa, Coume de l'Olla Rouge VDF, Rousillon, France Alma Fria We fermented in a smallBlend of Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris and Macabeu Age of vines: 55 years old The wine comes from a single vineyard (Coume de l'Olla) and is named after it. Winemaking: Grapes are co fermented in concrete and see a three day maceration. Pressed and racked back into concrete for aging.
