2020 Domaine Einhart, L'Intrepide Maceration Pinot Gris, Alsace, France Ornellaia 2006 Quinta de Lemos Dona100% Pinot Gris from 25 year old vines planted on Muschelkalk. The grapes are de stemmed and macerated on the skins for around 7 days, after pressing it's aged in large Alsatian foundre for 6 months. Textured, intense and super aromatic.
