From a single Serra de' Conti hillside farmed organically and biodynamically, this hand harvested, spontaneously fermented Verdicchio opens with jasmine and wild herbs, citrus peel and saline minerality. Aged six months on fine lees in stainless steel with no added sulfur until bottlingfloral and fresh, mineral and tense, finishing with pristine clarity.
