Soil: Very thin and rocky limestone soils very similar to those of Perrières

This wine comes from a single vineyard located on the Sierra de Miramar 520 meters above sea level

The two varieties are then blended and some of the wine ages for 5 months in a mix of old barrels and some remains in the stainless steel
