2024 Domaine Fourrier Gevrey-Chambertin Aux Echezeaux Vieilles Vignes, Cote de Nuits, France Selbach-Oster undergoing a slow malolactic fermentationFrom a 0. 47 ha parcel in the southern sector of Gevrey Chambertin, adjacent to Morey Saint Denis. Vines planted in 1930 on limestone clay soils. Hand harvested, fully destemmed, with a 34 day cold soak. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by 1820 months aging in neutral French oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
