2023 Caroline Morey Les Chaumees, Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru, France Les Grandes Vignes Cerceal and Malvasia Fina100% Chardonnay from 40+ year old vines in the limestone rich Les Chaumes climat. Whole cluster pressed; native yeast fermentation. Aged in 350L French oak barrels (approx. 2530% new), no btonnage, bottled unfiltered. Wine arrives the last week of December, 2025.
