Le Colombier de Chateau Brown Blanc, Pessac-Leognan, France 2020 Quinta Do Crasto elderflowers – and a dryLovely, slightly pronounced yellow colour with a delightful shine. The first nose is subtle, with notes of fresh white fruits after swirling. On the palate, the attach is smooth and generous. The finish is a little tangy and lasts well, with a hint of woody notes remaining. A touch of salt in the finish.
