2024 Milan Nestarec Kiddo Skins Moravia, Czech Republic Esmeralda Garcia fermented in 300L barrelsVineyard: Slovensk, Moravia. Clay soil. Planted in 2001, 0. 7 ha. Vinification: Whole bunches are harvested by hand, then pressed in autoclave for free run juice only. Spontaneous fermentation on skins and stems until 1 3 done, then finished in pressure tank to keep the CO2 in 10 days total. Aged in stainless steel, unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. Bottled in January 2025. Personality: Light hearted, easy drinking stuff bouncy! Delicate but well
