2021 Fumey-Chatelain Arbois Savagnin Ouille, Jura, France Guimaro Robert Moncuit's Les Chetillons comesIn 2020 and 2021, they only produced one Savagnin. The 2021 Savagnin Ouill was produced with grapes from different lieux dits on marl soils, and it fermented and aged in 228 and 500 liter oak vats for 18 months. It has lots of freshness and acidity and displays more precision and definition than the 2020 that I also had the chance to taste.
