Winemaking: The grapes were harvested at three various times at their optimum maturity

followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks before blending and bottling with a light filtration

2023 Domaine Les Aricoques, Rhea, Vin de Savoie Yarra Valley Madl is a family winery65% Altesse, 35% Jacquere 10 months on the lees within 400L barrels. The wines will be lightly filtered and lightly sulfured at bottling.
