2023 Weingut Wasenhaus, Spatburgunder 'Hohlen', Baden. Germany Worthy Park Planted 1945-2011 ClayA Pinot Noir on very shallow and poor limestone clay soil, grown on the Zunzinger Rosenberg with a southwest exposure. This vineyard consists of mainly German clones with different age and origins, half of the plot is from Pinot vines from the 1960s in a quite dense planting. Fermentation with 90% whole cluster, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat fermentation with some punchdowns. Aged in mainly used French
