Full southern exposure ensures full ripening and the soils are composed of gray and blue marl on top of the classic limestone & clay of the Cte dOr. This vineyard is plowed entirely by horse to minimize the impact on the soil structure, flora and fauna. This wine shows a very elegant structure of ripe tannins and good
