The Specs:
'VN' Vinel-Lo Blanco Partida Creus - EsquimaltNatural Orange Wine Each variety is harvested at a slightly early stage of ripeness, the whole bunches are crushed by foot, and macerated briefly (1 or 2 days). After maceration, the wine is pressed at low pressure and fermented in a stainless steel tank. After a few days (between 5 and 8) the second variety is harvested, the same process is repeated and it is fermented with the first, and so on until the seventh. A brief maceration is carried out
