2022 Strekov 1075 'Portugal' Slovakia Bichery/Fourhorseman event 90% Melon de Bourgoge /Grapes are hand harvested and destemmed. The juice is fermented in open casks for about 15 days, punched down by hand. The wine is aged in 220 liter barrels for about 3 months. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered under crown cap, with zero addition of sulfur.
