The grape varieties planted were chosen to minimise risk and were all perfectly suited to the cool Kamptal climate: Riesling

It is an exceptionally complex and powerful Oloroso with a long finish

Made from a mix of old Blaufrankisch vines grown on Opok soil, fermented and aged for 1 year in 300L barrels.
