2021 Frederic Savart La Moufle Les Mesneux Premier Cru Extra Brut Vintage, Champagne, France Fortaleza Acidity: 4La Moufle is a new a very small Savart cuvee; first bottled as a single vineyard in 2020. During the difficult '21 vintage, Savart considered it (and Les Nous) strong enough to stand alone as a single site bottling. Mainly Meunier with a touch of Chardonnay.
