2025 Romain Le Bars Nouveau Nez VDF, Tavel, France Castell'in Villa a little peppery in aplayfulRomain Le Bars is a young winegrower from the Pfifferling school, where he worked for many years. Installed on a micro domain of barely more than one hectare, he works as naturally as possible. No input to the cellar either. Nouveau Nez is a great wine, bottled early, from Cinsault and Grenache, vinified in carbo in barrels and vats.
