2022 El Mas de L'A (Alfredo Arribas) 'Quars', Priorat DOCa, Spain Bruna fruit days are meant for100% Garnacha Blanca from organically farmed vineyards situated at 500 meters elevation between Cornudella and Poboleda, on quartz and clay soils. Hand harvested, partially destemmed, and gently pressed. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete and stainless steel, then aged for 10 months in 500L French oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
