2022 Sylvain Dittiere La Porte Saint Jean Saumur Rouge 'Les Cormiers', Loire Valley, France Pimms 2018 Stolpman Vineyards Estate Grown70 years old vines from a single plot located in the lieu dits of Les Cormiers near Le Puy Notre Dame. The soil is made of silex and clay sandy on top of tuffeau from the middle of the Turonian period. Several weeks of maceration in concrete, all destemmed. Aging in new barrique for 24 months with no intervention beside toping the barrels.
