Tasting Notes

I have renovated part of these vineyards in Pommard as there are a lot of old vines and I also replaced unproductive vines

The red varieties include Vijariego Negro

Fermentation occurs spontaneously in small concrete vats and without the use of pumps

2019 Domaine de la Grange des Peres Blanc, IGP Pays de l'Herault, France Abruzzo thoroughly mineral80% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne, 10% Chardonnay White varietals are blended before being put into barrels for malolactic fermentation, then aged in demi muids. Wine is here July 27th, 2025.
