We cook 6 - 8 year old mature agave in a brick oven for approximately 24 hours and allow 30 hours for it to rest

Full of deep, pure, head turning flavors, modulating from rose water charm through clean apple orchard fruit, oranges and rhubarb. Notes of cinnamon and ginger come through on the memorable finish. Somehow more than the sum of its parts.
