The nose is intense and complex, with notes of flowers, red fruits, aromatic herbs and licorice. Enveloping and elegant on the palate, structured hints of wild berries with a persistent aftertaste of violets. Its structure enhances roasts, braised meats and game. Very suitable with truffle based dishes and aged cheeses.
