2023 Dard Et Ribo, Crozes-Hermitage 'Les Rouges des Baties' Rouge, Rhone, France Felsina IGP Collines RhodaniennesFrom the north facing granite slopes around the Btie des Vigues, this 100% Syrah is grown at 300 m elevation on soils of decomposed granite and quartz. Hand harvested, fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in open top vessels, it spends ~18 days maceration with daily pump overs and gentle punch downs. levage is 12 months in used 225 L barrels followed by 3 months in tank before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
