I used a vintage

Mohair mouse on an antique make-do pincushion

and titled on the back

Velvet Blue Bird on Brocade Cushion Vintage_decor Title: Lavender #5This bluebird is my favorite! I have hand stitched her using vintage velvet and brocade. These two fabrics were used for her body, wings, tail, and lining of the wings and tail. It is such a pretty blue. Her cushion nest is vintage brocade, a really pretty golden yellow color. Her beak is whittled from ebony. Approximately 6" tall.
