La Fuerza has been bottling in Mendoza since 2018, and Primavera is their spring cuvee: a base of Torrontes, Argentina's most perfumed white grape, infused with fourteen botanicals, herbs and flowers gathered in the Andean foothills, with hibiscus doing the coloring work. The result is floral and exotic rather than dark and bittersweet, closer in spirit to a bianco or rosato vermouth than to a
