It includes a mix of beef cuts: 6 7 lbs. of steaks, 10 11 lbs. of larger roasting and or braising cuts and 5 lbs. of ground meat. All the meat featured in our baskets comes from the whole animals that we source from within 150 miles of Berkeley. Meat is pasture raised, antibiotic and hormone free, and purchased directly from farmers and ranchers who are stewards of the land.
