Naturally fermented and long raised in older oak, the 2013 shows the variety at full resolution: lifted red fruit, autumn spice, firm but fine tannins, and that hallmark saltyiron edge. A slow evolving, structure driven vintage thats entering a beautiful tertiary phase while retaining Patos trademark precision and drive.
