Rapet pernand-vergelesses blanc "Les combottes" 2022 Scarpetta for this special cuvéeOld vine adjacent white Burgundy from a 1765 estate unoaked styled Chardonnay from one of the Cte de Beaune's hidden gem villages. Domaine Rapet Pre et Fils has farmed Pernand Vergelesses since 1765, and today Vincent Rapet works its 20 hectares with a certified sustainable hand. "Les Combottes" climbs a steep, southwest facing slope above the village difficult ground that yields a fresh, mineral Chardonnay. Whole bunch pressed, fermented with a light
