Vineyards farmed naturally no herbicides or synthetic fertilizers used. Vinification: Direct press, then racked into barrels. Indigenous yeast fermentation Aging: 15 months sur lattes followed by 6 months in bottle before release, zero dosage. Production: Extremely limited
