A good & large antique Meiji period Japanese bronze brazier, koro or handwarmer Drawings & Prints circa 1860A good & large antique Meiji period Japanese bronze brazier, koro or handwarmer, circa 1890. The twin handled koro having a reticulated lid decorated with a domestic tea ceremony scene. The base with four panels also decorated with domestic scenes, one of fishing, a figural scene with a donkey & a comical scene of a boy with an umbrella stuck on his head. The base having a six character chop mark. Condition is excellent.
