This limited edition mezcal is a blend of three different agave varieties: Espadin, Bicuishe, and Barril. The agave is roasted in a traditional pit, then milled and distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in a complex spirit with a balanced smoky and earthy profile. It is bottled at 80 proof.
