The Francis Dress 1980's Super flatteringThis is the product of two eras in harmony. Meet Francis, she's structured in her shoulders and has a plunging neckline thanks to her 1980's roots. But then, she has the intricate beading and sequin detailing of that of the Roaring 20's. She's got fabulous movement with her cut out fringe bottom. In order to hold this all in place, 2 hook and eye clasps are located near the waist, plus an additional velcro closure to secure the dress closed. She is a
