2023 Maison Skyaasen Bourgogne Cote d'Or Rouge Burgundy, France Joan d'Anguera Region: MoselMaison Skyaasen is a micro ngociant founded in 2017 by Joachim and Olivia, who vinify biodiverse, terroir driven Burgundies with minimal intervention, farmed organically and fermented on native yeasts with minimal sulfur. This 100% Pinot Noir Bourgogne rouge is sourced from light clay limestone soilsmainly from Volnayand is vinified gently without sulfur, aging in old barrels only.
