It aged for approximately 10 months in an oak barrel, where it completed the fermentation started in concrete eggs. The nose is exuberant: when served, it shows the passage of wood through toasted notes of caramel, chestnuts and butter, but these aromas are joined by touches of cooked mango, papaya, cream, lemon zest and
