The grapes here come from two contrade
• Both primary and malolactic fermentations are in oak barrels
ged 9–20 years in French oak before blending (multiple vintages are blended in a stainless-steel tank that is topped off and extracted from in a solera-type system)
2020 Domaine Gerard Duplessis Petit Chablis, Burgundy, France Forlorn Hope Vineyard: Folts FarmA cut well above the average petit. Duplessis' holdings are from old vines situated on steep hillsides of portlandia limestone. The final wine has the verve and pedigree of those within the AOC.
