2020 Domaine de la Borde Arbois-Pupillin 'Plous'saperlipopette', Jura, France Tennessee Nestled deep in MtBio. These Ploussard grapes (70% destemmed by hand, 30% whole bunches) from a terroir of red Triassic clays were vinified and bottled without sulfites or any inputs. The vines are plowed and cultivated without weedkillers or synthetic product
