Domaine Courbet Cotes du Jura Blanc Tradition 2022 042326OFFER Los Bermejos farms on LanzaroteThe Tradition is Domaine Courbet's calling card, a blend of about 75% Chardonnay and 25% Savagnin from the Cotes du Jura. The Savagnin is aged under a veil of yeast (sous voile) for savory, nutty depth, while the Chardonnay is barrel aged and topped up for freshness, then blended just before bottling. This family estate dates to 1869 and is run by Jean Marie and Damien Courbet, who farm biodynamically on the slopes below Chateau Chalon. The 2022
