2023 Agnes Paquet Auxey-Duresses Les Hoz Blanc, Cote de Beaune, France Sota els Angels It’s then sweetened with aPlanted in the late 1920s Terroir: "Les Hoz" in Auxey Duresses, south facing, deep white limestone soil. Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022), massal selection Vinification: Ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in used barrels, no batonnage, blended and aged for an additional 3 months in tank, unfiltered.
