2022 Weingut Karl Haidle Alte Reben Trollinger, Württemberg, Germany Bollinger AGING: 32 months in FrenchFrom 3050 year old, biodynamically farmed vines on gipskeuper (gypsum rich keuper) in the Remstal, this is 100% Trollinger picked by hand and given a short cold soak before spontaneous fermentation on the skins. The wine then rests for at least a year on fine lees in large old wooden casks and is bottled unfiltered with low sulfur at just 10% ABV.
