The folded brochure has fantastic black and white photos of the public rooms with great Art Deco style. The brochure is in good vintage condition, one coffee ring stain on the front, wear on the corners, no tears. Graphics are still nice and bright. The brochure measures approximately 9" by 12" inches folded.
