There is a small chip at the top of the incised tomb  on one of the short sides

visible image size would be 6 5/8" x 4 1/2"

with some smudges and stains that I think only enhance its moody underwater feel

Painted Cutout Butterly with Fine Antennae! pottery vase There is a small chipQuite an exhuberant butterly, and it seems fairly old one judging from the back, hand painted on laid paper, with very finely cut out antennae! Perhaps it lost one tiny one along the way, but who cares, a lovely, painterly thing which also feels quite symbolic! 7 7 16 wing span x 4 1 8 t, very good condition.
