Domaine Laporte Le Rochoy Sancerre 2019 Size:Regular Yields are low at 28-32Domaine Laporte was founded in 1850 by two prominent Sancerre based families, the Laportes and the Bourgeois. Now headed by Henri Bourgeois' two grandsons, Domaine Laporte organically farms nearly 30 hectares across some of the regions best growing sites. Fruit for Le Rochoy comes from mineral rich silex soils, leading to a citrus driven wine loaded with flavors of grapefruit, lemon zest, gunflint, and smoke.
