The colors are two different shades of blue—one a bit lighter for the outer perimeter

but I love how the little boater with his paddles extended looks a bit as if spreading his arms to the sky--either calling for help or in wonder at the beauty all around him

one a sandpiper and the other a black-bellied plover I believe

this appears entirely scratchmade to me
