Clearly there is a missing stacked section at the front base of this antique tramp art clock case
It's also a bit unusual in that the figure is permanently encased
and continue to be produced today
Mounted on black board: 8 x 10 1/16
and makes for interesting reading (and looking) now--making me nostalgic for the early days of experimental video

Ortiz at the age of 19, as written on one edge of the back of the paper. Blue ballpoint pen on cream paper, drawn by "AL" it appears, and just below that is "D. V. I" followed by a number I believe indicating that Ortiz was being held at the Deuel Vocational Institution (DVI), a state prison located in San Joaquin
