20 1/4" long x 3"  tall x 1/8" thick when configured and in great condition

with a 7/8" diameter

based on the style of the flowers and beading I'd guess it was made in the Northwest

But turn it on its side vertically

and I've found a bunch

A great deal of care was invested in carving then painting it (showing now a mix of brownish red and gold) with beautifully tapering fingers, painted fingernails, and even fine lines carved into the palm of the hand.
