Rare Vintage 5 Cent Cigar Box 1950s_powder_makeup The diminutive ashtray measures 3A rare, vintage 5 cent cigar box. The wood and cardboard cigar box is circa 1940s, from the Joseph P. Manning Company, a Boston, Massachusetts distributor. Two New Hampshire Tax Stamps are on one side, the newly created tax started in 1939 to include cigars. The paper covered box has a great look, fantastic display piece, measuring approximately 11" x 6" x 3 3 4" tall. In vintage condition with wear and tear and taped edges; cool survivor.
