full bodied yet tidy and precise

and the wine was bottled after 11 months in oak with a small sulfur addition and a light sheet filtration

having worked in the food and wine industry since starting as a busboy at age 13

The grapes were hand harvested and the bunches were kept intact for spontaneous fermentation
