I believe this was made a good five years before the Moueixes took over the château next to Ausone previously known as Bélair

This should age well

Aged in 100% new French oak

plum and violet aromas that are cut with warm earth wisps

A touch of wood sets off complex

Racines, Sainte Rose Pinot Noir Size:6x750ml I believe this was madeProprietary name. One third whole bunch. This blend follows the US model of barrel selection. So this is from the best barrels or rather the ones that go together best. 3,000 bottles produced. A little more tension than the regular bottling and really very nice. Ripe but not sweet. (JR)
