A super curious--and resourcefully 'make do'--little thing

nailed (with nice fat nails) to the sides of an old block of wood that forms the main body

5 1/2" x 8 7/8" and in very good condition

The four little pedestal legs upon which the tub rests are pretty great too

as pictured in first photo: 6 1/4” t x 5 5/8” d

Ive learned that he was made by John Hill & Co. England, c. 1930s or so. Very little paint loss. I love this pink face, and the scoop in his hand and the neat bow of his apron tied behind his back! 2 1 8 t and in very good condition. Stamped Made in England on the underside of the base.
