lime blossom
There is slightly more depth here than in the Pougets though it’s less fine as well

Domaine, Pavelot other_regions_australia lime blossom(from Les Chaumes). Enough wood to merit pointing out is present on the vaguely exotic nose of apple compote, lychee, passion fruit and jasmine tea scents. There is both fine volume and power to the larger scaled flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the sappy, moderately long and noticeably rustic finale. This delicious effort wont win any awards for refinement, but it should repay 5 to 8 years of keeping.
